When I was a little boy, I remember visiting my grandfather at his office and at the open houses he would host. He was a real estate broker with over 30 years’ experience. He sold properties to generations of families, they came back to him repeatedly because they knew he looked out for their best interest and of anyone that was referred to him. He treated people like friends and family members. When I started my career as a Realtor, I recall him sitting me down and giving me the best career advice anyone Realtor can ever get. He said “Take the time to listen to people, look out for their best interest above your own and earn their trust. Do this and you will always be busy with clients to help”.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. I believe buying or selling a home is first and foremost about people. Sure, I have the latest technology, the best marketing tools, the research and the statistics, but a successful real estate transaction really comes down to people. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, call me today and let's talk.
